I am an Australian freelance science journalist and the author of Green is Good – Smart Ways to Live Well and Help the Planet, a popular green lifestyle book published by HarperCollins.

My work has been published online and in print including Sydney Morning Herald, Adelaide Advertiser, Australian Women’s Health, Stock and Land and Green Lifestyle Magazine.  I also work with Nature Group, Australian National University, CSIRO, Refraction Media and Science in Public.

I have over a decade of experience working as a science communicator for CSIRO, ANU, Green Building Council of Australia and all levels of government, focusing on environment and sustainability. Prior to that I spent a decade working as an environmental manager for government and not for profits.
